Advocate Health is hiring a Patient Service Specialist to support the front desk and revenue cycle processes in a fast-paced environment. You will manage patient registration, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and assist with billing-related tasks while upholding a high standard of patient care.

The role requires strong customer service, computer literacy, and experience with medical records software. A High School Diploma or GED is required; prior front desk experience is preferred.

• Encourage use of front-end technology during registration.
• Maintain confidential patient information and assist billing as needed.
• Understand emergency codes and healthcare regulations.
• Monitor inventory and stock medications and equipment.
