OHSU seeks a Patient Access Resource Specialist to gather patient data, verify coverage, and obtain authorizations for care. You will schedule oncology and related appointments, liaise with physicians and nursing staff, and support patients with questions across multiple channels.

You will verify eligibility, collect co-pays, and enter information into the EMR accurately while coordinating referrals and ensuring timely access to care. A strong customer-service focus is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in a medical office setting with high-volume patient contact and scheduling.
• Ability to obtain managed care authorizations and verify eligibility.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and office software.
