Responsibilities

• Process ambulatory clinic and acute treatment registrations accurately and timely.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as required.
• Document patient financial responsibility for billing and collections.
• Prepare and coordinate referrals and arrange patient appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and communicate with patients to ensure follow-through with referrals.
• Support office in coordinating appointments, authorizations, and tests across clinics.
