Job summary

GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager in the United States (Durham, NC area) to serve as a field-based single point of contact for providers, patients, and caregivers across the oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journeys, handling coverage questions and enrollment processes with a focus on compliant, patient-centered support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Serve as the field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment steps.
Educate patients on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
Support patient enrollment in GSK services and guide through enrollment requirements.
Document interactions in the CRM system and report adverse events per procedures.
Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists as needed.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
