Job summary

GSK seeks a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing support across the Oncology portfolio, focusing on coverage, coding, and payment questions after a prescribing decision is made.

You will educate offices on payer policies, assist with prior authorizations, and navigate enrollment in GSK Patient Support Programs, while adhering to HIPAA and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based SPOC for patient and provider access, education, and enrollment in GSK Oncology access programs.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and reimbursement policies; guide offices through prior authorizations and appeals.
