Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to guide providers and patients through oncology access, enrollment, and reimbursement. This field-based role serves as a single point of contact for consented patients and caregivers within the GSK Oncology portfolio.

You will educate patients on coverage outcomes, facilitate enrollment in PAP and related services, and partner with specialty pharmacy and patient support teams to resolve access barriers across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or access programs.
• Experience with payer coverage, coding and payment policies in oncology.
• Ability to travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCPs on access, coverage, and enrollment processes.
• Educate on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Support access case resolution and explain prior authorization requirements to offices.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Escalate complex payer issues to senior access leadership when needed.
