Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding onboarding and enrollment across the GSK Oncology portfolio.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies; explain benefit investigation outcomes and authorization requirements.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM per program standards; maintain HIPAA privacy and compliance.
