• Knowledge of PMS and EHR platforms preferred.
• Onboarding courses and training within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the new patient referral process within department standards.
• Provide strong customer service to patients and stakeholders.
• Assess patient needs to triage referrals and schedule exams.
• Answer calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
• Register accounts in the practice management system and check eligibility.
