Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 8+ years of experience in the pharma/ biotech industry.
• Previous experience managing field-based medical teams.
• Practical understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPPA, PhRMA, and other regulatory/ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the MSLs within their region.
• Develop individual talent within the MSL team, including goal setting and performance assessment.
• Provide field-level scientific leadership in assigned therapeutic area with home office colleagues.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and alliance leadership.
• Ensure targets are defined within teams and accountability is driven.
