Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth through new accounts and expanding existing relationships. You will combine strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and high-touch account management to position Caris as the preferred partner for tumor profiling solutions.

The ideal candidate will have several years of oncology, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharma sales experience with strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Sales & Territory Growth: Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting, value-based selling, and clinical education.
• Account Management & Customer Experience: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure seamless order lifecycle.
• Clinical & Technical Expertise: Engage with oncology clinicians and provide guidance on the CMI platform and related workflows.
• Business, Reimbursement & Market Insight: Provide guidance on billing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics; share market insights with leadership.
• Collaboration & Administration: Work with Client Services, Regional Directors, and leadership; maintain CRM records and assets.
