Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth and new account acquisition through strategic prospecting and consultative selling. You will build strong clinical relationships with oncologists and pathology labs, ensuring a seamless order lifecycle from initiation to report delivery.

The role requires multiple years in sales within oncology, diagnostics, or related fields, with strong relationship management and a deep understanding of molecular profiling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and value-based selling.
• Position Caris as a preferred provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
• Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue, activity, and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent in-person engagement.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience across the full order lifecycle.
• Maintain CRM documentation and complete required administrative tasks.
• Travel to customer sites and conferences as needed.
