Job summary

Blue Earth Diagnostics, a Bracco Imaging subsidiary, seeks an Oncology Molecular Imaging Account Manager to drive sales and promote POSLUMA within the U.S. market, focusing on oncology referrals and PET centers. The role requires engaging physicians, administrators, and distributors to expand product utilization.

Travel up to 50% may be required across the assigned geography. The candidate should have a pharma sales background and strong relationship-building skills to navigate complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, health science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent.
• Experience with imaging centers and key referring customers (Radiation Oncology, Urology, Oncology).
• Ability to communicate persuasively with physicians, administrators and department managers.
• Frequent domestic travel up to 50% depending on geography.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies at the account and territory level.
• Develop productive professional relationships within institutions with key prospective product users and purchasing influencers.
• Take responsibility for achieving defined product sales forecast.
• Own the territory business development strategy including referring physician specialties, hospital or PET imaging centers, and authorized suppliers.
• Understand and comply with all provider institutional policies related to access and product introduction, education, evaluation, and usage.
• Ensure that only approved and current sales materials and messages are used.
• Manage productive relationships and activities with distributors and promotional partners.
• Observe pharmacovigilance policies and report any product adverse events promptly.
