Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth and expand relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare stakeholders. You will combine strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and high-touch account management to position Caris as the preferred partner for tumor profiling solutions.

The ideal candidate has multiple years of sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, or related fields, with strong communication and relationship-building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Successful completion of pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth.
• Position Caris as preferred provider of tumor profiling.
• Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person engagement.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience across the order lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Regional Business Directors, and Commercial Leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and complete required administrative tasks.
