Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support oncology portfolio across East, Central, or West territories. You will advance scientific relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals, delivering education on disease states and evolving standards of care.

You will acquire deep therapeutic knowledge, communicate complex data clearly, and capture actionable field insights to inform Medical Affairs strategy while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, MPAS, or similar).
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building and insight-generation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned geography.

Responsabilités

• Serve as field-based scientific expert and execute Medical Affairs strategy.
• Engage KOLs, healthcare professionals, and oncology stakeholders.
• Provide balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange and communicate clinical data.
• Support scientific meetings and advisory activities.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance.
