Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support an oncology portfolio and advance scientific relationships with key healthcare professionals. The MSL will provide disease-state education, gather insights, and collaborate with Medical Affairs to execute strategic initiatives across the East, Central, or West territories.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years of MSL experience in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required, including PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, MPAS, or NP/PA.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building, and insight-generation skills.
• Strong territory-management, documentation, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel extensively within the assigned geography.
• Experience supporting medical congresses, advisory activities, scientific meetings, and other field-based Medical Affairs initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals in oncology.
• Facilitate non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology data and evolving standards of care.
• Acquire and maintain high levels of scientific knowledge and interpret clinical information for stakeholders.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and educational initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Support scientific meetings and advisory activities as directed.
• Respond to unsolicited information requests in a balanced, compliant manner.
