Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to support our oncology portfolio in the United States. The role is field-based, covering East, Central, or West territories, and focuses on advancing scientific exchange with KOLs and healthcare professionals.

You will communicate evolving clinical data, build scientific credibility, and support Medical Affairs strategies while maintaining strict separation from promotional activities.

Qualifikationen

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years of MSL experience in oncology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building, and insight-generation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel extensively in the assigned geography.
• Experience conducting balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange and communicating complex clinical information.
• Experience supporting medical congresses, advisory activities, and field-based Medical Affairs initiatives preferred.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals in oncology.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology data and standards of care.
• Acquire and maintain high-level scientific knowledge and effectively communicate clinical information.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and educational initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Support scientific meetings, congresses, and advisory activities as directed.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific information requests in a fair, accurate, and compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while maintaining separation between Medical Affairs and commercial activities.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting, adhering to compliance and safety requirements.
• Independently manage a large geographic territory with prioritization of KOL engagement and travel.
