Zusammenfassung

Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support our client’s oncology portfolio across East/West territories. You will establish scientific credibility, engage KOLs and healthcare professionals, and facilitate non-promotional exchanges aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.

You’ll travel extensively within the United States, work independently, and partner with internal Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to deliver education, insights, and advisory activities

Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (PhD, MD, DO, PharmD, NP/PA with relevant oncology clinical experience recommended).
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across assigned geography and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Serve as field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and oncology stakeholders.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology and evolving standards of care.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and educational initiatives aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Support scientific meetings, advisory activities, and other field-based initiatives.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific information requests in a fair, balanced, compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while maintaining separation between Medical Affairs and commercial activities.
• Manage a large geographic territory with prioritization of KOL engagement and administrative duties.
