Inizio Engage is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific relationships in oncology across East, Central, or West territories. You will deliver balanced scientific exchanges, educate about disease states and data, and collect actionable insights for Medical Affairs.

The role requires advanced scientific credentials, proven oncology experience, and ability to travel extensively. You will collaborate with internal teams while maintaining appropriate separation from commercial

Qualifications

• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building and insight-generation skills.
• Strong territory-management, documentation, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel extensively within the assigned geography.
• Experience conducting balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange and communicating complex clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and oncology stakeholders.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology data and evolving standards of care.
• Gather, interpret, and communicate clinical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Support scientific meetings, advisory activities, and field-based Medical Affairs initiatives.
