Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific exchange within oncology. You will build credibility with KOLs and healthcare professionals, delivering disease-state education and data interpretation in a non-promotional manner.

The role demands advanced clinical or scientific credentials and the ability to manage a large geographic territory, with extensive travel to engage stakeholders and support Medical Affairs initiatives.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years of MSL experience in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced degree required (PharmD/PhD/MD/DO/DNP/MPAS or other licensed clinician/scientist).
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building, and insight-generation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel extensively within the assigned geography.
• Experience supporting medical congresses, advisory activities, and field-based Medical Affairs initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain strong scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and oncology stakeholders.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology data and evolving standards of care.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and support medical and educational initiatives.
