Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support our oncology portfolio, advancing scientific relationships with clinicians and internal stakeholders. The MSL will provide disease-state education, gather actionable field insights, and facilitate non-promotional scientific exchange through in-person and virtual interactions.

Direct MSL experience is preferred, with advanced scientific degree required.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility with KOLs and oncology stakeholders.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange on oncology data.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to internal partners.
• Support medical congresses, advisory activities, and field-based initiatives.
• Maintain timely documentation and comply with all regulations.
