Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific exchange in oncology, engaging KOLs and healthcare professionals both in-person and virtually. The role supports a leading biology company and requires advanced scientific credentials, with travel across a defined geography.

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building, and insight-generation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel extensively within the assigned geography.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology data and evolving standards of care.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to internal partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and support medical initiatives.
