Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking an Oncology Medical Science Liaison to advance scientific dialogue with key oncology stakeholders across assigned East, Central, or West territory. This field-based role prioritizes trusted relationships, data interpretation, and non-promotional education.

The ideal candidate will have direct MSL experience in oncology, an advanced scientific degree, and a proven ability to travel extensively while aligning with Medical Affairs strategy.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in oncology (prostate cancer or hematology)
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building, and insight-generation skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel extensively within the assigned geography

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs and oncology professionals.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange on oncology disease states and clinical data.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and educational initiatives aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Support scientific meetings, advisory activities, and field-based Medical Affairs initiatives as directed.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific information requests in a compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while maintaining separation between Medical Affairs and commercial activities.
