Handa Pharma is seeking an accomplished Key Account Manager for oncology to lead field-based sales in a remote role. You will drive demand, build physician advocates, and secure formulary access across a Philadelphia-area territory. A strong emphasis on payer navigation and cross-functional collaboration is required.

The position starts on a contract basis with intent to convert to full-time. Expect 20–40% travel, with comprehensive medical benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biopharmaceutical sales experience, with 3+ years in specialty oncology.
• Experience working with academic medical centers, health systems, and oncology practices.
• Experience launching new products and building territories from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own territory performance and meet sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans for priority accounts.
• Educate prescribers and staff on product use, dosing, and administration.
• Resolve prior authorization and fulfillment barriers with specialty pharmacy.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Medical Affairs for strategy and insights.
