Job summary

Labcorp seeks a field-based Oncology Development Executive to cover the Jacksonville territory, from Jacksonville to Pensacola, FL. The role drives new business acquisition and expands Labcorp’s oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio.

You will engage with physician leaders and health-system stakeholders, develop growth plans, and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles across cancer networks and academic centers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, pharmaceutical oncology, biotechnology oncology, laboratory services, or precision medicine commercial experience
• 5 or more years of business development, territory management, or strategic account management experience
• 5 years selling into oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, IDNs, or academic medical centers.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition, competitive displacement, market penetration, and revenue growth across oncology practices and health systems.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies for Labcorp's oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio.
• Establish relationships with physician leaders and execute consultative sales engagements with C-level and clinical stakeholders.
• Coordinate field sales with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and monitor market trends.
