Labcorp is seeking an Oncology Development Executive to drive new business acquisition and growth across Western/Upstate/Albany, NY. The role focuses on oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, and precision medicine solutions, working with cancer centers, health systems, and academic medical centers.

The ideal candidate will bring multiple years of oncology sales and strategic account experience, with strong relationship-building and leadership skills, and be prepared to travel extensively

Qualifications

• 5 years of oncology sales or related diagnostics experience.
• 5+ years in business development or strategic account management.
• Experience selling to oncology practices, cancer centers, or health systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition, market penetration, and revenue growth in oncology across identified health systems and centers.
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on oncology diagnostics and precision medicine adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support growth initiatives and account plans.
• Maintain opportunity management, pipeline forecasting, and territory performance.
