- 9 years of outside sales experience, with a focus on precision medicine or molecular diagnostics.
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience in selling complex diagnostics solutions.
- 3 years of oncology-related commercial experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and market share growth across oncology practices, health systems, and academic centers.
- Lead consultative sales engagements focused on oncology diagnostics and precision medicine adoption.
- Develop enterprise growth plans to expand utilization across health systems and cancer networks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and ensure pipeline accuracy.
