Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems and academic medical centers in the Charleston, SC/Savannah, GA territory.

You will lead strategic accounts, translate clinical evidence into business-focused recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand adoption of Labcorp oncology solutions while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 5 years of business development, territory management, or strategic account management experience
• 5 years of oncology sales, oncology diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine commercial experience
• Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory; overnight travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
• Develop territory strategies to increase adoption of Labcorp Oncology solutions
• Achieve revenue, market share, and new account objectives
• Manage daily activity, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities in Salesforce
• Build relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on diagnostic solutions and testing strategy optimization
