RWJBarnabas Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Oncology Float Pool at the New Brunswick campus. You will provide expert nursing care across trauma, neurology, cardiology, orthopedics, and oncology, ensuring safety, quality, and patient-centered outcomes.

The role requires 2–3 years in Medical-Surgical/Oncology, BLS/ACLS, and an active NJ RN license, with a night shift and 36 hours per week. This is an hourly, full-time position in a Magnet-designated academic medical center.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma is required.
• 2–3 years Medical Surgical/Oncology experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; active NJ RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across units within the nurse practice act.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members with clear communication.
