Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a field-based Territory Account Specialist to drive demand for oncology medicines, engaging Health Care Providers with scientific dialogue and solid account strategies. You will build credibility, share data, and manage territory plans to achieve business results.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, field visits, and staying current with emerging data to support patient care and treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
• Proven credibility with customers and strong customer-centric mindset.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Strong account management and selling competencies with a track record.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Communicates clinical/scientific rationale to appropriate patients and HCPs.
• Maintains high level of product knowledge and therapeutic area expertise.
• Develops and executes territory/account plans; uses CE^3 insights to refine call plans.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver best Customer Experience (Cx).
