Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology, to drive demand and ensure scientifically balanced discussions with Health Care Providers in a defined field territory across the United States. You will build credibility, deliver in-depth product communication, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience in healthcare sales or related roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific data accurately to physicians.
• Experience building credibility with customers and delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within a defined territory to meet targets in a compliant manner.
• Engages HCPs with scientifically balanced dialogue and presents data on products.
• Maintains high scientific expertise and prepares comprehensive territory plans.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure optimal Customer Experience (Cx).
• Uses CE3 to derive insights and informs call plans for continuous improvement.
