Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Oncology Development Executive to drive new business and grow market share across oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems in Utah and Nevada. The role requires strong consultative selling and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on precision medicine adoption.

You will develop enterprise growth plans, manage relationships with executive stakeholders, and travel up to 75% within the assigned territory, with overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in precision medicine, molecular diagnostics or related diagnostics solutions.
• 3+ years of oncology-related commercial experience required.
• Territory ownership with ability to travel up to 75% and overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across oncology practices, cancer centers, and health systems.
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on oncology diagnostics and precision medicine adoption.
• Develop enterprise growth plans to expand utilization across health networks and academic centers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and adoption strategies.
