Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships within customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and manage Oncology Sales professionals for the district.
• Coach direct reports, oversee training, and manage performance.
• Develop business plans and implement national sales programs.
• Maximize sales team performance and district targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and share best practices.
• Lead district sales meetings and conduct performance reviews.
• Handle discipline and termination per policy in partnership with HR.
