Travel 50–75% within the district; remote work is supported.

The role focuses on developing plans, aligning with cross-functional teams, and driving sales targets while ensuring best practices across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of sales experience or 10 years of equivalent healthcare experience.
• Travel 50–75% and reside near a district or major airport.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Hire, lead, and manage Oncology Sales professionals for their district.
• Coach direct reports, oversee training, and complete people management processes.
• Develop business plans for their geography and implement national sales strategies.
• Maximize sales team performance and help achieve/exceed sales and budget targets.
• Collaborate with Oncology Sales organization and cross-functional teams.
• Lead district sales meetings and conduct annual performance reviews.
