Job summary

Labcorp Oncology is seeking an Oncology Development Executive (Outside Sales) to lead business development and growth across the Utah and Nevada territory. You will build relationships with oncology practices, health systems, and academic centers to expand adoption of Labcorp's oncology diagnostics and precision medicine solutions.

The role is field-based, requiring up to 75% travel, and demands strong clinical and business acumen, with a base pay range of $130,000–$160,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in outside sales.
• Experience in precision medicine or molecular diagnostics.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 75%.
• Experience selling to oncology providers and health systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition, competitive displacement, and revenue growth across oncology practices, pathology groups, cancer centers, health systems, and IDNs.
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies for Labcorp's oncology diagnostics and precision medicine portfolio.
• Establish relationships with physician leaders, health-system stakeholders, and executives to lead consultative engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support growth initiatives and adoption of testing pathways.
