Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to lead a territory in California, delivering strategic account planning and impactful customer engagements with hematologists, oncologists, and care teams.

The role requires deep clinical knowledge, business acumen, and strong execution to advance patient outcomes and support brand objectives across CLL/NHL Oncology products. Travel is required within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Strong strategic mindset and territory planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements and continuously optimize territory performance using data and analytics.
