Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC is seeking an Admixture Tech II at Lake Worth Cancer Center. The role focuses on preparing sterile and non-sterile medications under supervision, handling hazardous drugs, and maintaining accurate inventories and documentation.

You will collaborate with Physicians, Nursing, Pharmacy Operations, and Procurement, travel as needed (75%–100% weekly), and adhere to safety and regulatory standards to support patient care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional pharmacy technician certification (PTCB) required; CPT preferred.
• IV sterile admixture experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review medication orders for accuracy and quantities.
• Perform calculations for admixture of medications.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile medications as ordered.
• Don PPE and PPE procedures for aseptic prep.
• Maintain records and logs for trials, temperatures, and inventory.
• Order, stock, and dispense medical supplies and drugs.
• Ensure compliance with USP 797/800 and safety policies.
