Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC seeks an Admixture Tech II to perform complex technical tasks preparing hazardous and nonhazardous agents. Under supervision of the dispensing practitioner, you will handle sterile product preparation and maintain biosafety standards, ensuring accurate drug measurements and proper donning/doffing of PPE.

Travel as a vendor float is required, with 75–100% weekly travel to meet clinic needs; strong collaboration with Physicians, Nursing,

Qualifikationen

• Pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) required; preferably from PTCB.
• One year of experience as a pharmacy or admixture technician, preferably in a clinical setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review medication orders for accuracy and required products.
• Perform calculations for admixture of medications.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile medications as ordered.
• Don PPE and maintain aseptic technique for hazardous/non-hazardous drugs.
• Maintain records for trials, waste, temperatures, and inventory.
• Order, stock, and dispense medications and supplies; ensure product integrity.
