Merit Medical Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced medical device salesperson to grow accounts in the Phoenix area. You will present Merit products to clinicians, develop relationships with new and existing clients, and ensure products meet customer needs.

Role requires travel, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to analyze customer feedback for product improvements. Competitive compensation with uncapped commissions and incentives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of direct sales experience, preferably medical products.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build client relationships.
• Strong presentation and problem solving skills for clinicians and technicians.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours as needed.
• Excellent computer skills for reports, pricing, and CRM usage.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Merit products to new and existing accounts and confirm product fit.
• Deliver in-service presentations to clinicians about new products.
• Maintain relationships to understand and meet client needs.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to ensure timely delivery and feedback.
• Prepare pricing contracts and submit for approval.
• Provide feedback on product innovations and customer needs.
• Travel as required to meet customers and demonstrate products.
• Produce monthly sales reports and track performance against goals.
