Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth through new accounts and expanding existing relationships. You will engage oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare stakeholders, delivering value-based selling and high-touch account management.

You will partner with Regional Business Directors and cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies, support adoption of the CMI platform, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from order to report delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth.
• Position Caris as a preferred or sole-source provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
• Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue, activity, and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent in-person engagement.
