Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in oncology navigation, access and reimbursement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, delivering approved oncology care information.
• Educate on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Support enrollment in GSK Patient Support Programs (PAP) and guide through enrollment requirements.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and adhere to SOPs.
• Escalate access or reimbursement barriers to specialist teams as needed.
