Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, insurance verification, prior authorization, or access criteria.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology-specific care and benefit discussions.
• Conduct welcome calls and ongoing journey touchpoints across program specifics.
• Assist patient enrollment in GSK services and guide offices through enrollment requirements and consent.
• Provide program-specific treatment education using approved guides and PI when delivering education.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance within program rules.
• Facilitate transfers to Specialty Pharmacy and back-office Benefits Specialists for PA tracking as appropriate.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and maintain accurate records.
