Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC guiding patients/providers through access and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud with compliant documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve access barriers.
