Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Group Product Manager for Onchain Compliance to own the product portfolio from vision through delivery. You will lead PMs, shape the roadmap, and work directly with customers and regulators to drive adoption and ARR.

You will prototype AI agents, demonstrate quantifiable outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Own outcomes for enterprise products from discovery through launch to tangible business impact.
• Build and demo AI-enabled agents to accelerate work and product delivery.
• Make decisive calls with incomplete information and ship quickly with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Onchain Compliance products.
• Prototype, build AI agents, and ship alongside your team.
• Hire, coach, and develop PMs and drive their growth.
• Build and maintain direct customer relationships, leading to adoption and revenue.
• Define success metrics, monitor progress, and proactively address risks.
