Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Training Team Lead to supervise frontline Trainers and elevate onboarding outcomes for new customers. You will coach, set KPIs, and implement QA strategies that drive scalable, best-in-class experiences.

This role includes up to 20% travel for in-practice learning and Trainer support, with opportunities to shape enablement, SOPs, and cross‑functional collaboration that enhances customer success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or tech.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience as a titled manager, leading small teams in a dynamic business setting.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team, driving measurable performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Trainers delivering onboarding experiences to customers.
• Host regular 1:1s, review KPIs, and support professional growth.
• Build and implement a QA strategy to audit performance and drive improvements.
• Develop enablement strategies to enhance team skills and performance.
