Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking an Implementation Analyst to lead customer onboarding for LOB solutions. You will coordinate with the account team, manage onboarding milestones, and set expectations for ongoing support and renewal handoffs.

The role requires strong data handling, communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to ensure successful adoption and eventual renewal of the purchased solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand external data related to LOB use cases.
• Ability to view, extract, transfer, store, recall and manipulate data files.
• Able to communicate (oral & written) to diverse customer audiences.
• Ability to train and transfer knowledge to customers.
• Results-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the point person for customer onboarding during the onboard phase.
• Collaborate with customers and account team to complete onboarding.
• Set expectations for ongoing support and transition post onboarding.
• Maintain regular touchpoints to review status and escalate issues.
• Drive resolution of roadblocks inhibiting tool usage during onboarding.
