• 3+ years in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, or tech).
• 2+ years direct people management in dynamic settings.
• Hands-on problem solver with focus on customer success and efficiency.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, high-velocity environments with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Trainers delivering onboarding for customers.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, review KPIs, and support growth.
• Develop and implement QA strategy for performance improvement.
• Optimize schedules, PTO coverage, and cross-functional SOPs.
• Resolve tooling issues with Salesforce, Zendesk, and related systems.
