Dandy is seeking a Training Team Lead to supervise frontline Trainers and elevate onboarding outcomes for customers. You will own coaching, KPI reviews, and QA initiatives, while driving process improvements and enabling scalable training operations.

The role requires a proactive, data-driven leader who thrives in a high-growth environment and can own team performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

3+ years in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, or tech).
2+ years of direct people management as a titled manager.
Proven ability to develop and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Trainers delivering onboarding to customers.
Host regular 1:1s; review KPIs; support growth.
Develop and execute QA strategy; drive continuous improvement.
Manage team schedules, PTO/holiday coverage; ensure seamless operations.
Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs for consistency and scalability.
Identify bottlenecks; propose scalable solutions with cross-functional teams.
Analyze performance data to inform onboarding decisions and improve processes.
