Job summary

Isograd seeks a Customer Experience Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, delivering engaging virtual and on-site trainings and live demos. You will monitor usage, surface engagement trends, and coordinate with Sales and Product to ensure client success and renewals.

You will build training resources and FAQs, translate complex concepts for clients, and travel up to 30% to deliver on-site onboarding across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience onboarding Education SaaS or similar platforms.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for in-person/virtual training.
• Experience tracking usage data to inform engagement strategies.
• High comfort with learning new software and AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and live near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, including live demos and walkthroughs.
• Monitor usage trends and surface adoption gaps during and after onboarding.
• Provide regular onboarding updates to Sales and assist renewal discussions.
• Relay client feedback and usage patterns to Product to inform roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain onboarding FAQs and training resources.
• Travel on-site to deliver in-person training and onboarding (up to 30%).
• Respond promptly to inquiries and translate technical concepts for clients.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline onboarding, reporting, and resource creation.
