Dandy is transforming the dental industry by building an OS for dental offices worldwide. We seek Launch Trainers to deliver world-class onboarding, coaching practices on scan quality and digital workflows, and to ensure long-term adoption.

This role involves up to 20% travel for in-practice training, plus virtual sessions. You will guide new practices through onboarding, tailor trainings to each practice, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes and a trusted

Qualifications

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment (iTero or Trios strongly preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills—able to simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change.
• Clear, confident communicator with outstanding virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset—empathetic, patient and skilled at building trust remotely.
• Highly organized and accountable, with a track record of owning outcomes and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead new practices through onboarding programs, guiding rapid ramp-up and confidence building.
• Deliver engaging training sessions virtually and on-site, tailored to learners’ styles and practice structures.
• Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows with hands-on coaching.
• Provide ongoing coaching after launch to refine workflows and drive adoption.
• Monitor early scan quality and give constructive feedback to improve technique.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Support to improve the customer journey.
