Job summary

Cox Fleet in Indianapolis is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator II to own post-offer onboarding and ensure Day 1 readiness. Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED with 3 years in related field, or higher degree with less experience
• Associates or higher degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fast paced/high volume/complex environment
• Minimum 1 year as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/HR Assistant
• Experience with ATS and resume databases (e.g., Workday, Paycor)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding, including compliance and Day 1 readiness
• Serve as primary contact for newly offered candidates
• Manage pre-employment screenings and compliance docs
• Maintain onboarding milestones and documentation
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Compliance, DOT, Training, IT
• Coordinate travel, training enrollment, equipment provisioning, system access, uniforms
• Monitor onboarding progress and escalate issues affecting start dates
• Maintain audit-ready records in ATS and HR systems
• Provide guidance to the Cox Fleet TA team and partners
• Support onboarding process improvements and efficiency
